Responsabilidades

+ Provide local and remote support.

+ Provide incident support until resolution for software (software installation, software updates, troubleshooting, cloning)

+ Provide incident support until resolution for hardware (Network, PC, Printers, Copiers, iPhones and peripherals).

+ Relocation of PCs, printers, IP phones and any other IT related devices.

+ Collaborate with other departments to resolve incidents or projects.

+ Assist auditors in internal and external audits, perform audits as needed/required.

+ Assist vendors in hardware and software upgrades or installations as needed/required.

+ Adheres to company purchasing processes ensuring that all IT equipment is properly tracked throughout the hardware lifecycle.

+ Ensures that he/she is available and responds to support request during on call rotation.

+ Ensures that maintenance plan is in place and followed.

+ Ensures clean and up-to-date asset inventory records.

+ Participate in cost-savings, productivity and performance improvement initiatives.

 + Maintain, support, and troubleshoot:

                >Inventory of telephones, cellular and dedicated lines.

      >Inventory of IT equipment, including software, hardware, and telecom services.

+Windows 10.

+Office 365, PowerApps.

+Phone Systems, Avaya / Grandstream PBX.

+Understanding of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, network cabling, Wifi, Cybersecurity, VoIP.
